FINANCIAL AND ACCOUNTING REPORTING
- Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
- Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements.
- Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology.
- Prepare forms and manuals for accounting and bookkeeping personnel and direct their work activities.
- Manage financial reviews twice a year. (Mid-year and year end)
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure that there is a redundant process backup in place for every critical operation.
- Monitor emerging technology to determine ways to automate the accounting process without sacrificing accuracy and accountability.
- Develop monthly and quarterly accounting reports for the management and executive teams.
- To ensure that proper systems and procedures are followed in all matters where receipt, issue and control of funds are concerned.
- To prepare budgets, actuals and MIS in accordance with laid down norms, policies and principles.
- Prepare, analyze and consolidate Monthly and annual Profitability as well as MIS statements.
- To support the local accounts and finance matters
- To support the top Management in all accounts, finance and related matters.
- To comply with all statutory rules and regulations of the Central/State/Local authorities, more especially matters related GST Income tax, TDS returns, Customs etc
- To handle all Personnel and Payroll related matters like PF/ESI/PT/TDS
- Dealing with Auditors and other statutory bodies like Insurance, taxation, Company matters
- To handle direct, indirect taxation, Audits, banking activities, working capital requirements, financial reporting etc
- To assist in payroll process & compliance activities
- To prepare budgets/ cash flow monthly / Year in a realistic manner taking into account past trends, both internal and external

**Requirements**:

- Strong ethics and reliability.
- Knowledge and expertise in general accounting Software and ZOHO BOOKS in particular
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years experience in a financial management position
- Proven strategic planning experience at the management level
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated creative and critical thinking skills
- Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and presentation skills
