**Job Title: Land Surveyor - Railway Project**

**Location**: Delhi

**Reports to**: Senior Surveyor / Project Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Site Surveying**: Conduct land surveys for the railway alignment, ensuring accurate measurement and mapping of the site, including tracks, stations, tunnels, and related infrastructure.
- **Topographical Surveys**: Perform topographical surveys to determine land contours, elevation, and features, and assist in site preparation for railway construction.
- **Railway Alignment**: Work closely with the design team to establish and verify the railway track alignment, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and local regulations.
- **Boundary Surveys**: Mark and verify land boundaries, ensuring the project is built within the designated area and complies with legal and regulatory requirements.
- **Coordinate Mapping**: Prepare and update maps, layouts, and plans, detailing the topography, existing conditions, and proposed developments for the railway project.
- **Survey Reports**: Prepare and maintain detailed survey reports, documenting findings, measurements, and changes made during the surveying process.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure that all survey work is completed in compliance with engineering specifications, railway standards, and safety regulations.
- **Site Inspections**: Perform regular inspections of the site to check for any discrepancies or changes that may affect the alignment or layout of the project.
- **Progress Monitoring**: Track the progress of the survey work, providing regular updates to the project manager and other stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in land surveying, particularly in railway or infrastructure projects.
- **Certifications**: Relevant surveying certifications (e.g., Licensed Surveyor, GIS certifications) are a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
