**Job brief**

We are seeking a qualified **Student Counsellor** to support and guide students through a well-prepared counselling program. You will serve as the facilitator for enrolling students in the various programmes offered by the Academy and guiding them towards the programmes most suitable for them.

**Responsibilities**
- To guide prospective visitors about the courses offered by the academy
- Plan and initiate new batches as required from time to time
- Ensure the required number of enrolments before the commencement of a batch
- Study and update student records
- Prepare and present reviews on progress
- Keep updated all records as required

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven experience as a Guidance Counsellor
- Integrity and professionalism
- Ability to operate within a wide range of student personalities and backgrounds
- Excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence abilities
- Good knowledge of computers

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
