**Responsibilities**:
**Answering phones and explaining the services offered by My Mentor.**

Contacting existing students as well as prospective students using data.

**Obtaining student’s information and other relevant data.**

Asking questions to the students and understanding their specifications.

**Resolving queries and issues related to the services.**

Maintaining the database of the students on a regular basis.

**Requirements**:
**High school diploma or equivalent.**

Great communication skills.

**Hard-working individual.**

Work Experience:

- 0-1 year
- Remuneration as per industry standards.

**Salary**: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Counselling: 1 year (preferred)
