1. Surprise check Audit of Facilities **(Every Month**) including their compilation and handover of Surplus Stock to Concerned Dept for GRN.

(Four to Five days per week -- Audit of IPD & OPD Pharmacy, PCO, Main Store, Kitchen Store, Laundry Store, Transport Dept & Special Audit of a dept, if required)

2. Maintenance of record of NRGP & RGP (Gate Passes) of Main Stores and regular updation by discussion including push for its clearance.

3. Maintenance of record of pending NRGP Gate Passes of PCO dept by pushing facilities I/C PCO for copy of CN/Vendors receiving on monthly basis.

4. Checking of various documents held in Pharmacy, PCO and Main Store for their correctness when visiting facilities along with GM Logistics, as per directions of GM Logistics.

5. Assisting GM Logistics in Updation of data for stock level revision in HMS for Pharmacy & Main Store.

6. Any other task(s) given by GM Logistics.

We are looking at
- Only male staff.
- Employee will be functioning from corporate office.
- Will be traveling 04-05 days a week to other facilities (within Punjab).
- Should be good in writing of mails & MS office.
