**Job Summary**:
The Real Estate Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a real estate team or property portfolio. This role involves managing real estate transactions, supervising staff, ensuring legal compliance, and maintaining excellent client relationships. The Supervisor will also be responsible for budgeting, reporting, and overall portfolio performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Management**:

- Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to real estate agents, property managers, and other staff.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
- Develop training programs to enhance team skills and productivity.
- **Transaction Oversight**:

- Monitor and approve real estate transactions, ensuring they comply with legal and company standards.
- Resolve any issues or disputes that arise during transactions.
- Coordinate with legal, financial, and other departments to ensure smooth transaction processes.
- **Property Management**:

- Oversee the management of properties, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Ensure that properties are well-maintained and meet health and safety standards.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts for property services.
- **Financial Management**:

- Prepare and manage budgets for real estate operations.
- Monitor financial performance and make adjustments to meet financial goals.
- Approve expenditures and ensure cost-effectiveness in all operations.
- **Compliance and Reporting**:

- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on property performance, team activities, and financials to senior management.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
- **Client Relations**:

- Maintain and build relationships with clients, tenants, and other stakeholders.
- Address client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- Work to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in real estate, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in real estate management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
