Position: UI/UX Designer
Experience: 1- 1.5 Years
Location: Mohali Phase 8b

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conducted user research and analyzed feedback to optimize designs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to bring designs to life.
- Ensure consistency in design elements and follow brand guidelines.
- Stay updated with UI/UX trends and best practices to improve user engagement.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
