**Key Responsibilities1. Sales Responsibilities**
**1.1 Client Engagement and Consultation**
- Greet and welcome customers at the showroom or during site visits.
- Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and lifestyle requirements for modular kitchens and interiors.
- Provide professional advice on design, materials, color schemes, and functionality of modular kitchens and other interior solutions.
- Present product catalogs, design portfolios, and recommend appropriate solutions tailored to the client’s budget and space constraints.
**1.2 Lead Generation & Conversion**
- Identify potential clients through a mix of showroom walk-ins, referrals, digital leads, and site visits.
- Follow up with leads generated via digital campaigns, social media, and website inquiries.
- Build and nurture relationships with architects, interior designers, and real estate developers to generate additional business opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, including quotes, designs, and timelines, to potential customers.
**1.3 Sales Process Management**
- Manage the entire sales process, from initial consultation and quotation to design finalization and contract signing.
- Coordinate with in-house design teams, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and installation of modular kitchen and interior solutions.
- Maintain records of all sales inquiries, quotations, and customer interactions in the company’s CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
**2. Marketing Responsibilities**
**2.1 Market Research & Analysis**
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new product innovations in the modular kitchen and interior design industry.
- Provide insights on customer preferences and emerging design trends to help the company enhance its product offerings.
- Analyze customer feedback to refine marketing strategies and improve overall service quality.
**2.2 Digital Marketing & Social Media**
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns focused on modular kitchen and interior solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, showcasing completed projects and promotions.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of online marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize engagement and lead generation.
**2.3 Event Participation & Networking**
- Represent Ideal Decor at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to showcase modular kitchen and interior products and generate business leads.
- Organize showroom events and promotions to attract new clients and build brand awareness in the local market.
**2.4 Promotional Activities**
- Assist in developing marketing collateral such as brochures, catalogs, and flyers for modular kitchens and interiors.
- Plan and execute seasonal promotions, discount offers, and product launches to boost showroom traffic and sales.
- Collaborate with local media, influencers, and interior design bloggers to promote Ideal Decor’s offerings.
**3. Customer Relationship Management**
**3.1 After-Sales Support**
- Provide excellent after-sales service by staying in touch with clients to ensure they are satisfied with their products and the installation process.
- Handle any customer complaints, service issues, or warranty claims professionally and promptly.
**3.2 Build Long-Term Client Relationships**
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients for future projects, upselling opportunities, and referrals.
- Develop a customer loyalty program or incentive schemes to encourage repeat business and referrals.
**4. Product Knowledge & Training**
**4.1 Product Expertise**
- Continuously update personal knowledge of the company’s modular kitchen and interior products, including features, finishes, materials, and installation processes.
- Stay informed on new product launches, promotions, and upgrades offered by Ideal Decor.
**4.2 Team Collaboration & Training**
- Collaborate with the in-house design and installation teams to ensure client expectations are met.
- Provide product training to junior sales staff and assist them in developing client relationships.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
