Market Analysis
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- **Data Analysis**: Analyze sales data and market trends to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies and adjust them as needed.
- **Customer Feedback**: Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services.

Customer Engagement
- **Customer Relations**: Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
- **Customer Service**: Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Team Collaboration
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales, product development, and design teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- **Training and Development**: Train and mentor junior marketing staff and interns.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Set performance metrics for marketing initiatives and monitor the team's progress.

Sales Support
- **Sales Collateral**: Provide the sales team with marketing materials and support.
- **Promotional Offers**: Develop and implement promotional offers and discounts to boost sales.

Analytics and Reporting
- **Performance Reports**: Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, performance, and ROI.
- **Metrics Tracking**: Track key marketing metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
