**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to new and existing customers for product promotions, follow-ups, and appointment reminders.
- Handle inbound inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, offers, and store visits.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales leads, and call logs accurately.
- Coordinate with sales and showroom teams for client appointments and walk-in follow-ups.
- Provide customers with product information, ongoing promotions, and support for order processing or custom jewelry requests.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, product knowledge, and customer satisfaction during all interactions.
- Ensure timely follow-ups to support sales conversions.
- Assist with basic administrative or teller-related tasks when needed.

**Key Requirements**:

- **1 to 4 years** of experience in telecalling, customer service, sales support, or front desk operations, preferably in jewelry or luxury retail.
- Graduate in any stream; diploma in retail, marketing, or customer service is an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM or POS systems.
- Polished, presentable, and customer-focused with a pleasant telephone etiquette.
- Ability to handle high-value client interactions with confidentiality and professionalism.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience working in a jewelry showroom, luxury boutique, or similar high-end retail environment.
- Familiarity with gold, diamond, and custom jewelry product lines.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure during festive or peak sale periods.

**Salary**:
As per industry standards, based on experience and skill set.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
