**Position Title: -** Networking Trainer

**Job Type: -** Full-Time

**Experience: -** 1-3 years

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Training Delivery:

- Conduct training sessions on networking concepts, technologies, and best practices for a diverse group of learners.
- Utilize a variety of training methodologies including classroom instruction, online training, hands-on labs, and simulations.

2. Curriculum Development:

- Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including manuals, slides, labs, and assessments.
- Update training content to reflect the latest advancements in networking technologies and industry standards.

3. Assessment and Evaluation:

- Create and administer assessments to evaluate trainee understanding and performance.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to trainees to help them achieve certification and improve their networking skills.

4. Technical Expertise:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest networking technologies, protocols, and trends.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving networking issues as part of hands-on training exercises.

5. Administrative Duties:

- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant progress, and certification outcomes.
- Coordinate with other trainers, administrators, and technical staff to ensure smooth training operations.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSA, Linux, RHCSA are preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in networking, with a strong understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and devices.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an understandable manner.
- Proficiency with networking tools and simulation software.

- Passion for teaching and mentoring.
- Ability to adapt to different learning styles and levels of technical proficiency.
- Patience and the ability to maintain a positive learning environment.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Salary**: - ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
