Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic CCNA & Linux Trainer to join our training team. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, mentoring students, preparing training materials, and ensuring learners are industry-ready with practical knowledge in networking and Linux system administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver classroom and/or online training on CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) modules and Linux administration.
  • Develop, update, and maintain training curriculum, lab exercises, and study materials.
  • Provide hands-on lab sessions for real-world networking and Linux scenarios.
  • Prepare learners for CCNA certification exams and Linux-based certifications (e.g., RHCSA, LFCS).
  • Assess trainees progress, conduct evaluations, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in networking and Linux.
  • Assist in career guidance and interview preparation for students.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of CCNA (Routing & Switching, Network Fundamentals, IP Services, Security Fundamentals, Automation).
  • Hands-on expertise in Linux administration (Ubuntu, CentOS, or RedHat).
  • Familiarity with virtualization and cloud basics (VMware, AWS, Azure added advantage).
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple, clear manner.

  • Industry certifications preferred:

  • CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) – mandatory

  • Linux Certification (RHCSA, LFCS, or equivalent) – preferred
  • AWS is addon advantage

Experience:

  • Minimum 1–5 years of training/industry experience in networking and Linux.
  • Prior experience as a trainer or mentor is an added advantage.
