**Responsibilities**:
**-Assist in reel shoots**:

- Set up and operate camera equipment (DSLR or iPhone) according to director's instructions.
- Ensure proper lighting and sound quality.
- Assist with props, wardrobe, and other production elements.
- Capture footage and stills as needed.

**-Post-production support**:

- Assist with basic editing tasks, such as trimming clips and organizing footage.
- Collaborate with the editing team to ensure the final product meets creative standards.

**-Learn and grow**:

- Actively seek opportunities to learn about the production process, including camera techniques, lighting, sound, and editing.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- Basic knowledge of using a DSLR or iPhone with manual settings, including exposure, aperture, and shutter speed.
- Understanding of basic lighting principles and techniques.
- Familiarity with sound recording equipment and techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- A passion for storytelling and visual media.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Basic understanding of photography composition and framing.
- Experience with social media platforms and trends.
