**Responsibilities**:

- **Recruitment**: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract prospective students, including attending college fairs, high school visits, and other recruitment events.
- **Interviews**: Conduct interviews with prospective students to assess their qualifications, interests, and fit for the institution, and provide feedback to the admissions committee.
- **Outreach**: Collaborate with high schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders to promote awareness of our institution and increase the diversity and quality of our applicant pool.
- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of applicant information, communication interactions, and admissions decisions in the admissions database.
- **Events and Programming**: Assist in planning and organizing admissions events, such as open houses, campus tours, and admitted student days, to engage and inform prospective students and their families.
- **Financial Aid Counseling**: Provide information and guidance to prospective students and their families on financial aid options, scholarships, grants, and other forms of financial assistance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Previous experience in admissions, recruitment, counseling, or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse populations and build relationships with prospective students, families, and other stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team, and to adapt to changing priorities and situations.
- Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the admissions process and supporting access to education for all students.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
