Product Owner

- **Qualification**:Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- **Location**:Pune, Maharashtra
- **Technical Know-How**: Scrum certified product owner or safe 4/5 certified
- **Job description**:

- Gather product requirements.
- Create well-written user stories, including defining acceptance criteria.
- Working with Product Managers & Business Analysts to create supporting documentation for Roadmap items.
- Prioritizing stories and ensuring alignment with the Product Roadmap.
- Identify constraints and dependencies between Scrum Teams.
- Ability to communicate with other Product Owners and Stakeholders across various business functions.
- Supporting Sprint Refinement and Planning sessions.
- Capable of using a variety of sources to help complete requirement definition.
- You would be expected to participate and invest in the demonstration of Sprint output to Stakeholders.
- Ability to manage unplanned work without impacting committed, high priority deliverables.
- Foster an understating of the product group of relationships between features and their impacts on our KPIs.

Including the definition of new ones where applicable.
- Must possess the ability to bridge business requirements & technical designs/architectures to deliver

tangible improvements to our products.
- Must possess an opinion on leveraging data to serve our teams and customers better.
- Possess a range of data interrogation skills to facilitate analysis of our data sources to better inform requirements

for the data development teams.
- Demonstrate experience across the data development lifecycle - sourcing, storage/architecture,

querying to visualization.
- **Personal Skills**:

- A Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Analytical discipline.
- Minimum three years’ experience of working in the product delivery space in an agile / scrum environment

(ideally in a PO role).
- An appreciation of how product design works with and integrates into software development.
- A background in Retail eCommerce, Banking/Finance or Accounting products would be a distinct advantage.
- Must possess the ability to bridge business requirements & an understanding of technical designs/architectures to

deliver tangible improvements to our products.
- Scrum Certified Product Owner or SAFE 4/5 certified would be beneficial.
