Educational Qualifications:

Job Responsibilities:

- Purchase Order Management: Issue purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely procurement of materials.
- Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Stock Monitoring: Collaborate with the stores team to monitor stock levels and avoid shortages.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure purchased materials meet quality requirements and specifications.
- Policy Compliance: Ensure compliance with company procurement policies.
- Market Analysis: Analyse market trends and pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Supplier Performance Management: Conduct periodic assessments of supplier performance for quality and deliveries.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure a reliable supply chain.
