Embroidery Digitizer

We are seeking a talented Embroidery Digitizer to join our team and play a vital role in bringing our embroidery visions to life. In this position, you will be responsible for transforming artwork into precise embroidery files using digitizing software. You will ensure the designs are optimized for stitch quality, thread selection, and machine compatibility.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze artwork and prepare it for embroidery digitizing
- Create high-quality embroidery files using digitizing software
- Select appropriate stitches, thread colors, and densities to achieve the desired look
- Test and refine digitized designs to ensure stitch accuracy and smoothness
- Maintain a library of digitized designs and keep accurate production records
- Communicate effectively with clients and designers to understand project requirements
- Meet deadlines and maintain a high level of quality in your work

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Embroidery Digitizer (minimum 2 years)
- Proficiency in embroidery digitizing software (e.g., Wilcom, Tajima, PES)
- Strong understanding of embroidery techniques, stitches, and thread types
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
