**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Travel Desk & Logistics (Domestic & International)**:

- End-to-end travel coordination, including ticket booking, visa processing, hotel accommodations, and local transport arrangements.
- Handle bookings for flights, trains, buses, and rental cabs through approved vendors.
- **Office Operations & General Administration**:

- Oversee daily administrative activities to ensure seamless office functioning and adherence to company policies.
- Coordinate with admin staff across departments to drive efficiency and operational excellence.
- Maintain cleanliness, upkeep, and general ambiance of the office with a hands-on approach.

**Vendor & Supplies Management**:

- Manage relationships with external vendors (e.g., stationery, housekeeping, IT maintenance, carpenters, plumbers).
- Ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment maintenance, and repair services.
- Evaluate and verify vendor bills and assist in processing approvals.

**Inventory, Budgeting & MIS**:

- Monitor and replenish office and housekeeping supplies.
- Track and manage monthly operational expenses, including utilities (telephone, electricity, internet, water).
- Maintain accurate MIS reports related to expenses, equipment, and admin operations.

- **Team Supervision & Coordination**:

- Supervise administrative staff, housekeeping supervisors, and support personnel.
- Conduct training sessions and delegate responsibilities to improve team performance.
- Optimize resource utilization and oversee the use of manpower including subcontractors.

**Facility & Equipment Management**:

- Ensure timely vehicle insurance renewals and keep records up to date.
- Manage office communication tools (mobiles, data cards, PRI lines) and resolve service issues.
- Oversee ID card issuance and uniform distribution for new and existing employees.
- Keep records of scrap material and optimize space management.
- **Meeting & Event Support**:

- Coordinate internal meetings, manage conference room bookings, and support logistics for corporate events and training sessions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
