**Job Title: Female Pre-Sales Executive - Real Estate**
We are seeking a talented and motivated Female Pre-Sales Executive to support our sales team and drive business growth. As a key member of our pre-sales team, you will play a crucial role in engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with tailored property solutions.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation**: Proactively identify and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online research.
- **Client Engagement**: Initiate contact with prospective clients to understand their requirements, address their queries, and introduce them to our portfolio of properties.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our property offerings, including features, pricing, and value propositions, to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs.
- **Relationship Building**: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the pre-sales process to ensure a positive experience and foster long-term partnerships.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align pre-sales efforts with overall business objectives and ensure seamless transition of leads to the sales team.
**Requirements**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and effectively convey information.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
