**Job Title**: Telecaller Executive

**Experience Required**: Minimum 1+ Years (Outbound Calling or sales calling )

**Location**: Vijay Nagar, Indore

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary**: ₹10,000 - ₹25,000 per month + Incentives

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales opportunities.
- Effectively explain company products/services and onboard new clients.
- Follow up with prospects to close sales and maintain strong client relationships.
- Maintain records of calls and sales in CRM or spreadsheets.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Handle objections and provide relevant solutions to clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team for strategy and campaign improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1+ years of experience in outbound calling or telesales.
- Strong sales onboarding and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills in **Hindi and English**.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
