We're looking for a Software Field Sales Executive to join our team and play a key role in our continued growth. In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, and exceeding sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect and identify new customers for our innovative software solutions.
- Visit potential and existing clients to understand their needs and showcase how our products can benefit them.
- Answer customer queries about our products and services.
- Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Prepare compelling quotes and pricing information.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts to win deals.
- Provide product training and support to ensure customer success.
- Analyze customer needs and propose solutions that meet their specific requirements.
- Achieve and exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales (a plus)
- Strong understanding of technology solutions and the competitive landscape (a plus)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients
- The ability to negotiate effectively
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- A go-getter attitude and a desire to succeed
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Fluency in English is a must (Tamil, Hindi, and Malayalam a plus)
- Valid 2-wheeler driver's license with reliable transportation.
- Immediate or within 15 days start date a plus
