**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner as per the daily/weekly menu plan.
- Ensure food is cooked hygienically and to the taste preference of staff or guests.
- Manage kitchen inventory and coordinate with the admin team for timely procurement of groceries and vegetables.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining area.
- Store food items properly to avoid spoilage and waste.
- Follow safety and hygiene regulations as per FSSAI guidelines.
- Handle cooking for special occasions or VIP visits when required.
- Maintain a daily log of meals prepared and consumed.
- Wash utensils or coordinate with housekeeping for cleaning assistance.
- Accommodate dietary restrictions or preferences when informed in advance.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in cooking for a guest house, company mess, or similar setup.
- Expertise in Indian cuisine; knowledge of Chinese/South Indian snacks will be a plus.
- Ability to plan meals and manage resources efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards.
- Team player with a calm and polite attitude.
- Physically fit to manage kitchen work for long hours.

**Working Hours**:
8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 4 PM to 8:00 PM ]

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
