**JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY**

**Job Title: CSR Executive**

**Location: Mumbai - Dadar**

**Reporting to**: Project Manager

**SUMMARY OF THE OVERALL JOB**

CSR Executive is a professional in charge of Securing Funds thru Corporate Partnerships (CSR), Large National and International NGO’s, Govt and Grant bodies.

**KEY FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Set clear self goals, understanding of Input Output mapping
- Manage tasks and set revenue deadlines
- Daily interaction with corporate thru “face to face” and “virtual meets”
- Research and communicate with Corp and large funding organisations
- Participate and represent in training, seminar, conference and activities/campaigns related to the social sector
- Design budget proposals according to the needs and thematic (areas of interest) of the corporate
- Maintaining a healthy funnel of prospects
- Facilitate all queries of the Funding bodies
- To be open to commute in Mumbai and adjoining districts, also to be open to travel to potential districts across India
- Meet targets set by the organisation
- Open to learning
- Documentation for all aspects
- Being innovative while representing, presenting the organisation and its projects

**EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFCATION**

Should have experience in:

- Handling issues
- Designing and executing Corp Fundraising strategies
- Using day to day mathematics in everyday processes
- Raising funds thru Corporate
- Software/ Tech knowhow
- Graduate in any stream and experience in leading a team in an NGO
- In-depth knowledge of Data Mining activity, sales funnel etc
- Good PC skills especially MS Office
- Excellent oral and written communication, LinkedIn, Google skills
- Command on English and Hindi is a must, knowledge of regional language/s is an added advantage
- Organising and time management skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
