The company is equally committed to social impact through structured CSR initiatives in education, skill development, digital literacy, healthcare, and community upliftment.Role SummaryAs a CSR Intern, you will support the CSR team and Founder’s Office in planning, implementing, and monitoring Schbang’s CSR initiatives. This role provides hands-on exposure to on-ground social impact projects and corporate social responsibility operations.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport planning and execution of CSR projects across education, skill development, digital literacy, healthcare, and community development.Assist in due diligence, partner coordination, and documentation with NGOs/implementing agencies.Maintain CSR project data, reports, budgets, and impact metrics.Prepare presentations, reports, and updates for internal stakeholders.Support design and execution of outreach, volunteer, and engagement programs.Collaborate with internal teams (content, digital, communications) to highlight CSR initiatives.Participate in field visits to Schbang’s CSR project sites as required.Candidate ProfilePursuing or completed BMS/BBA/MBA/PGDM or degree in Social Work/Management.Strong communication and presentation skills.Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint/Google Slides.Detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about social development.Comfortable with on-ground work and project-site visits.What You Will GainDirect exposure to real-world CSR planning, implementation, and impact measurement.Opportunity to work with leadership and cross-functional teams.Hands-on experience contributing to meaningful community-driven initiatives.Email resume at ayush.mahadik@schbang.com
