The Role:
Amazon Agency Experience is a requirement: Minimum 1 years
Managing the Clients:

- Aid Account Director in researching client questions and concerns
- Aid Account Director with basic overall client management
- Act as a support staff to the Account Director

Account Set Up:

- Product set up on the Amazon catalog
- Copy implementation
- Photo implementation
- SKU creation FBA/FBM
- Optimization QA/Management

Daily Account QA/QC:

- Document sales from previous day
- Document advertising cost previous day
- Document Amazon open cases and assist in creating, monitoring and resolving cases with Seller Support on the Amazon platform
- Document issues and conflicts with product listings and work toward resolving at the guidance of the Account Director
- Document performance notifications and work towards resolution at the guidance of the Account Director
- Document negative feedback and bring to the attention of the Account Director and Customer Success Director
- Document shipment status. Notify Account Director of current inventory levels, low inventory and any issues with restock/storage limits

Marketplace Expansion:

- Aid in setting up Walmart accounts
- Aid in setting up Amazon accounts in foreign markets such as EU/AU/CAN

FBA Shipment Management:

- FBA set up and product conversion
- Create FBA shipments to include setting up and scheduling Small Parcel and/or LTL pick-ups
- Provide client with shipment labels and SKU list as well as any pertinent information the clients need to know regarding shipments (when applicable)
- Monitor and provide Account Director FBA Shipment status tracking

Inventory Forecasting:

- Work with Data Analyst on understanding weekly inventory reports
- Sending inventory recommendations to the client
- Detailed follow up of inventory request to ensure we always stay in stock

Skill Sets:

- Comfortable with Microsoft Office Software: To include Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Comfortable with Slack Communication Workspace
- Software programs (such as Helium 10)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
