We have an exciting opportunity for a building information modelling (BIM) expert to join our rapidly expanding international consultancy business as a assistant BIM manager.

The senior BIM manager covers the role of BIM lead for the Indian region working closely with the head of BIM international and the wider design and digital department to support the adoption of digital technologies and methodologies in the Indian market and internationally. The senior BIM manager will have the opportunity to create and manage a local team that will act as a centre of excellence, focused on the high quality of outcomes, and it will be responsible for delivering innovative digital construction solutions in line with Mace 2026 business strategy.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Providing BIM coordination using Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Fabrication CADmep, Navisworks and Solibri.
- Preparing the coordination shop drawings - drawn to as per client’s shop drawing standards.
- Managing the Revit family editing and creation.
- Arranging builder work provisions as per coordinated shop drawings.
- Provided support for junior designers and engineers on drawing presentation for BIM software.
- Revised plans and made appropriate revisions for specification adherence.
- Coordinating with client’s MEP team and design consultants.
- Preparing work status report, BIM presentation, clash detection report, attending BIM progress meetings, project estimation, site visit and etc.
- Preparing project documentation like RFI, discrepancy report, drawing register and other documents.

**About you**

You have a degree qualification in architecture, engineering or project management. You are a member of a professional institute. You have experience in using BIM modelling tools (Autodesk Revit). You have experience in using Model checking tools (Solibri Anywhere). You have experience in using CDE workflow and solutions (BIM 360). You have knowledge of BIM standards (ISO 19650 series and PAS 1192 series). You have knowledge of the Open BIM approach (IFC, BCF, COBie).

You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office. You can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams. You have BIM management experience in a construction or consultancy background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
