**Layout Design**:
Create and modify layouts for shops and retail spaces using AutoCAD, ensuring precision in measurements and adherence to project requirements.

**3D Drawings & Rendering**:
Develop 3D models and renderings to provide a realistic view of layouts and design concepts, enabling clients and stakeholders to visualize the final output.

**Field Experience**:
Work collaboratively with the field team to understand space requirements, site conditions, and necessary modifications, ensuring the layout meets real-world conditions.

**Visualization**:
Use strong visualization skills to interpret client needs and transform them into efficient, workable designs that optimize space and functionality.

**Coordination**:
Liaise with architects, interior designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and layout alignment with design specifications.

**Detailing & Documentation**: Produce detailed and accurate shop drawings, including layouts, sections, elevations, and other technical drawings as required.

**Revisions & Updates**: Modify layouts based on feedback from clients or stakeholders and update plans accordingly.

**Compliance**: Ensure all designs comply with safety regulations, and company standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
