**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Booking Assistance**: Assist customers in booking flights, hotel accommodations, tours, transportation, and other travel services, ensuring accuracy and providing clear guidance on the available options.
- **Problem Solving**: Handle customer complaints and resolve issues related to travel delays, cancellations, miscommunications, or any service-related concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Travel Information**: Provide customers with accurate and up-to-date information on travel regulations, visa requirements, travel advisories, and any changes to their itinerary.
- **Order Processing**: Ensure that customer orders are processed smoothly, including booking confirmations, payments, refunds, and document generation such as tickets, itineraries, and invoices.
- **Collaborate with Vendors**: Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel vendors to resolve customer issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
- **Data Management**: Update and maintain customer profiles, preferences, and travel history in the system for future reference.
- **Customer Feedback**: Collect customer feedback and provide insights to management for continuous service improvement.
- **Pre-Travel Support**: Help customers with pre-departure queries, such as check-in procedures, baggage policies, travel insurance options, and emergency contact information.
- **Post-Travel Support**: Assist customers with post-travel inquiries, including refunds, complaints, or rebooking due to unforeseen circumstances.
- **Cross-Selling and Up-Selling**: Proactively suggest additional services, such as upgrades, excursions, travel insurance, or special offers, to enhance the customer’s travel experience.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
