**Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive**

**Location**: Connaught Place, Delhi

**Salary Range**: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month

**Working Hours**: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to promote our products/services and enhance brand awareness.
- Manage social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) to engage with our audience and drive traffic to our website.
- Create compelling content for social media posts, blogs, and newsletters to attract and retain customers.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines to improve organic search rankings.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing graphics and multimedia content for digital channels.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to propose innovative ideas and strategies.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for digital marketing initiatives as needed.
- Provide regular reports and insights on digital marketing performance to management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proficiency in English with excellent communication and writing skills.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with content creation (e.g., writing, graphic design, video editing) is a plus.
- Knowledge of the cannabis industry and its regulations is an advantage but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
