- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, both verbal and written.

- UG (Undergraduate) or Graduate degree from a recognized institution.
- Ability to handle customer interactions professionally, efficiently, and with a positive attitude.
- Good problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer demands.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to navigate through systems and software

**Education + Experience**:
Minimum educational qualification of UG (Undergraduate) or Graduate degree from a recognized institution.

Prior experience in customer service, call center, or related roles is a plus, but not mandatory.
