Electrician

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine electrical maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting for machinery and electrical systems in the steel plant.
- Monitor and maintain electrical panels, switchgear, circuit breakers, and other electrical equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures while handling electrical systems.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment.
- Diagnose faults in electrical circuits and components and take corrective actions.
- Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure mínimal downtime of plant operations.
- Adhere to preventive maintenance schedules and contribute to improving plant uptime.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Prepare maintenance reports and document all work performed.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- ITI Certification in Electrical Trade (or equivalent).
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in a steel plant or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and control panels.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical manuals.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations related to electrical maintenance.
- Good communication and team collaboration skills.
- Willingness to work in a plant environment and handle physically demanding tasks.
- Basic understanding of industrial automation and PLCs is an added advantage.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Troubleshooting and fault diagnosis in industrial electrical systems.
- Knowledge of plant equipment such as transformers, motors, and generators.

**Salary**: ₹20,000 to ₹24,000 gross per month, based on experience and qualifications.
