**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design innovative clothing collections for kids (ages 1-8) and women.
- Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and incorporate them into designs.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Select fabrics, colors, and materials for new collections.
- Manage design projects from concept to completion.

**Requirements**:

- A degree in Fashion Design or a related field is preferred.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design skills.
- Knowledge of fabrics, trends, and garment construction.
- Ability to work under deadlines and adapt to fast-paced environments.
