**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform **MIG, TIG, Arc (SMAW), and Gas Welding** on different metal components like steel, stainless steel, or alloys.
- Read and interpret **technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols**.
- Set up welding machines and tools as per project specifications.
- Measure, cut, and join materials using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Conduct **quality checks** on welds to ensure strength and appearance standards.
- Follow **safety protocols** and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Coordinate with the fabrication or production team to ensure timely project completion.
- Perform **routine maintenance** on welding equipment and report any issues.
- Operate tools such as grinders, cutters, and clamps as required.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 3 years of experience** in welding within a manufacturing or fabrication setup.
