We are hiring a Secondary Insights Associate to fulfill an integral role at Trinity by **supporting the building and growth of a new secondary insights team.**

**Position Responsibilities**
- Build bespoke market insight reports, through in depth understanding of market landscape and available research resources to inform client business questions
- Monitor real-time market trends and developments for Trinity’s key priority areas of focus in the life sciences industry
- Collaborate with the Knowledge Management Content Management/Curation team to provide market, company and product insights for business development and project kickoff packages
- Deliver targeted insights for innovative, industry-leading projects using internal knowledge and secondary/external information sources (Cortellis, EvaluatePharma, UpToDate, clinicaltrials.gov, others)
- Conducting interviews with company’s senior leadership members/stakeholders to capture intrinsic knowledge about the client, business environment, or industry.
- Provide research support required to evaluate Trinity’s short
- and long-term strategies
- Communicate and present findings in an accurate, clear and concise manner to consulting team members to support their client-facing work
- Support the growth of secondary insights team, helping them to develop an understanding of life sciences markets to effectively interpret, summarize and draw inferences from clinical and research sources; help team build expertise in review of secondary/competitive intelligence resources
- Develop and implement best practices & SOPs for secondary research support

**Position Requirements**
- 2-4 years of research experience in consulting, research organizations or related fields
- Bachelor’s degree with high academic achievement; major in healthcare / lifesciences and/or demonstrated interest in life sciences is a plus
- Experience in writing industry standard reports or publishing whitepapers is a must
- Experience with secondary/desk research & literature review; strong understanding of scientific and pharma industry data resources (PubMed, clinicaltrials.gov, Cortellis, Evaluatepharma, Cowen Report, Global Data, BiomedTracker, Decision Resources, etc).
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Strong communication (verbal and written) communication skills
- Deep proficiency in MS Office Suite (Microsoft Word, PPT, and Outlook)Desire and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and independently driven
- Detail-oriented with superior organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under the pressure of deadlines and manage multiple priorities
