**Job Title**: Primary Research Associate - CATI

**Location**: Noida

**Salary**: Up to ₹5 LPA

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct primary research using CATI methodologies to gather reliable and accurate data.
- Engage with respondents professionally over phone calls to collect information as per research objectives.
- Maintain and update databases with collected information accurately.
- Ensure adherence to research protocols, timelines, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide timely updates and reports.
- Support questionnaire design and improvements based on respondent feedback.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (mandatory).
- 1-2 years of experience in primary research, preferably with CATI projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of data.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
