**Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Foster collaboration and synergy among various departments, including engineering, product development, marketing, legal, and finance, to ensure cohesive execution of strategic plans.

**Performance Management**: Oversee the performance of business units, monitoring key metrics, and implementing measures to optimize performance, drive growth, and enhance operational efficiency.

**Innovation and Technology Adoption**: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and market trends. Drive innovation initiatives, exploring new technologies and opportunities to maintain Meta's competitive edge.

**Stakeholder Engagement**: Cultivate and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, partners, regulators, and industry leaders. Represent Meta in key forums and contribute to industry thought leadership.

**Risk Management and Compliance**: Identify and mitigate potential risks while ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards. Develop robust risk management strategies to safeguard Meta's interests.

**Talent Development**: Attract, retain, and develop top talent within the organization. Foster a culture of continuous learning, mentorship, and career growth to build a high-performing and diverse workforce.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
