We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our online presence If you're passionate about digital marketing, know the ins and outs of paid campaigns, and have a sharp eye for engaging content, we’d love to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Develop and implement social media strategies that align with our brand voice and business goals.
- Manage and grow company presence across all major social media platforms.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create visually appealing and engaging content.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in digital marketing.
- Create monthly performance reports and suggest improvements to maximize visibility and engagement.
- Engage with our online community, respond to comments/messages, and maintain a consistent brand tone.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Proven experience in managing paid ad campaigns with a strong understanding of ad targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization.
- Solid understanding of all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
- Experience with performance tracking tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.
- Ability to create, edit, and publish social media content (text, image, and video).
- Knowledge of SEO, hashtags, audience insights, and growth strategies.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Prior experience in logistics, SaaS, or B2B domain marketing will be an added advantage.

**Education & Experience**
- Degree: BBA/MBA in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a relevant field.
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven experience in digital marketing or social media management.

**Salary**
- Competitive package based on experience and interview performance.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
