**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or in a similar role.

Solid understanding of IT roles, technologies, and terminology.

Strong sourcing and networking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

**Salary**: ₹11,401.83 - ₹25,000.00 per month
