**Media Planner - OOH Advertising/BTL Activation Firm (5-10 years)**

We are looking for a Media Planner (Market Specialist), with knowledge of outdoor advertising, based in Kolkata.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operational:

- Plan, monitor and implement the media campaigns executed in the local market.
- Establish long term relationships with the partners and suppliers of the market that coordinates.
- Generate, share and store the information provided by the local market suppliers
- Analyse and deliver the information on time, according to what is requested on the brief; reflecting the needs of the Media Plan to be submitted to the customer.
- Recommend the most suitable locations to support the Business Plan.
- Consolidate the information regarding the availability of approved space, and book them, once the plan is approved.
- Validate the cost allocation and suppliers with the Operations Department.
- Confirm to the supplier the approved spaces once the plan is approved.
- Check the list of approved elements to be controlled.
- Control the installation of the media assets.
- Take and select photos sent by suppliers for checking purposes.

Job description:

- Identifying and approaching institutional clients to sell our publications.
- Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, online research etc.
- Building relationship with existing clients to retain the clients and to increase our market share.
- Meeting monthly sales targets & KPIs.
- Timely Collection, follow-up for payments, adhere to the company guidelines for realization, and maintain accurate data in a systematic way.
- Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
- Plan, organize, prioritize, schedule, monitor and control work in the short and long term, ensuring effective use of time, money and resources to meet objectives.

Requirement:

- Very good communication skill and presentable personality.
- Willing to be on field for 5-6 hours a day.
- Have a knack for selling and recognising business opportunities.
- Feel at ease in a goal-oriented environment and endeavour to overcome any obstacles that may prevent targets from being fulfilled.
- Demonstrate effective time management and planning abilities.
- 5 Plus years of similar experience would be added advantage.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
