Eligibility:

- Education: Graduate/Undergraduate
- Freshers & Experienced both can apply
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Typing speed with accuracy preferred
- Basic computer knowledge

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries through chat support in a professional manner
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers
- Ensure resolution of issues within defined timelines
- Maintain customer satisfaction and follow communication guidelines
- Escalate unresolved queries to concerned departments when required
