**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**Job Summary**: The Dispatch Executive role is to help create truck routes that keep costs down but at the same time meet customer’s scheduling needs. They need to be responsible to develop vendor network and ensure that ll the vendors and company owned fleet associates follow all the conditions laid down by SOP to achieve excellent customer standards.

**Broad Responsibilities/ Major Deliverables**:

- Streamline the process of moving and packing jobs to comply with service procedures in order to achieve optimum error free results for the purpose of fulfilling excellent customer standards.
- Coordinating with customers for update of scheduling as per time assigned for the job.
- Coordinate with truck drivers for settling payment account as well as charging/collecting payment from customers.
- Develop vendor network in designated territories in order to increase fleet of trucks to service jobs for the company.
- Cultivate strong relationships with drivers and customers to reduce stress that comes in last minute schedule changes.
- Monitor any sudden route changes or road construction issues and work with drivers to establish new routes for timely deliveries.
- Collaborate with management to modify daily routes to accommodate the needs of the customer.
- Frame a document to create a standard operating procedure (SOP) for vendors and truck drivers in order to avoid mistakes or errors in performing jobs.
- Lead a team of junior subordinates to facilitate the tasks of the department.
- Utilization of routing software for tracking and guidance of the movements.
- Ensure compliance to service standards and impose a non compliance penalty if applicable
- Provide training and guidance to achieve performance standards.

Pay: ₹14,271.91 - ₹25,000.00 per month
