We are looking for a English & Communication Trainer (Female) in Chandigarh (minimum 1 Year of experience) who can help in Consulting and Training our clients on communication, intercultural or interpersonal skills, our marketing offers, what our company offers, what we do, how we do it, and personality development.

**Will be responsible for**:

- Creating Personal Development content for Instagram Reels, and Youtube Short Videos.
- Create Advertising Videos for our **Academy + for Marketing Agency**:

- Consultation or Discovery Calls with Clients for **both** **our Academy + Marketing Agency**:

- Live on Youtube + Instagram + Facebook + LinkedIn
- Doing webinar/workshop with **500+ participants**:

- Create Videos for **advertisement**:

- Give training to our students
- Keep on checking students' performance and worksheets
- Provide Career Counseling
- Provide academic counseling & guidance

**Experience**:

- **Must have speaking skills**:

- Min 12 Months of training Experience
- Computer Knowledge (MS Office - Word, PPT)
- Critical listening & observational skills
- Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills
- Excellent writing, organizational, and time-management skills
- Ability to relate to youth in a positive manner
- Knowledge of team & group dynamics
- Must possess a problem-solving approach
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
