Bachelor's degree in food technology, food science ,or related field.
- Oversee production process of Mithai, Gravy and Namkeen, ensuring adherence to quality standards and recipes.
- You’ll manage the production workflow for one or multiple products, ensuring efficient operations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all production activities
- Prioritize tasks to maximize performance and minimize delays.
- Determine the manpower, equipment, and raw materials needed for production.
- Assign workers and staff to specific production tasks.
- Create production shift schedules based on demand.
- Keep track of job progress, aiming for on-time completion and within budget.
- Prepare status and performance reports, maintaining organized paperwork.
- Work closely with quality control, warehouse, and other staff.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
