Housekeeping Supervisor

**Job Summary**
We are looking to hire an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee all duties performed by our housekeeping staff. The Housekeeping Supervisor’s responsibilities include assigning tasks to the housekeeping staff, identifying and reporting cases of tardiness, and monitoring cleaning supplies.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Assigning housekeeping tasks to staff and inspecting work to ensure that the prescribed standards of cleanliness are met.
- Providing training to the housekeeping staff.
- Investigating and addressing complaints regarding poor housekeeping service.
- Regularly taking inventory of cleaning supplies and ordering stock as needed.
- Issuing cleaning supplies and equipment to housekeeping staff as needed.
- Maintain lost and found control point.
- Efficiently and cost-effectively maintain Housekeeping Equipment and Materials.
- Coordinates work activities among departments.
- Evaluates records to forecast department personnel requirements.
- Makes recommendations to improve service and ensure more efficient operation.
- Establishes standards and procedures for the work of housekeeping staff.
- Records data regarding work assignments, personnel actions, and time cards, and prepares periodic reports of the House Keeping staff.

**Required Experience and Qualifications**
- Diploma or Undergraduate.
- 3 years of proven housekeeping or hospitality experience and working knowledge of housekeeping.
- Effective communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail and willingness to work in rotational shift.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
