**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Management**: Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across various platforms to achieve defined business goals.
- **Keyword Research**: Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify target keywords for campaigns.
- **Ad Creation**: Design compelling ad copies and creatives that drive clicks and conversions.
- **Performance Analysis**: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI) and generate regular reports.
- **Optimization**: Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data, conducting A/B testing and making data-driven decisions.
- **Budget Management**: Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximize campaign performance while staying within financial constraints.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the SEO and content teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies and messaging.
- **Industry Trends**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in PPC management, preferably in an agency setting.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Knowledge of SEO is a plus.
