Who We Are Looking For:_**- This position will be responsible for coordinating with suppliers, managing inventory levels, and optimizing supply chain processes to meet production parts requirements by Global AGCO plants. This role is to follow up with Indian suppliers on their delivery schedules to each AGCO plants and keep high performance level of suppliers KPI on OTD (on time delivery). This position shall be responsible to support from business side for SAP MM module and EDI connection related activities. Primary objective of this position will be to ensure a reliable and cost-effective supply of materials while maintaining high levels of quality and customer (AGCO Global plants) satisfaction._

What You Will Do:_**
- 1. Supplier Management: _
- a. Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring clear communication channels and prompt issue resolution _
- b. Collaborate with suppliers to develop and execute supplier agreements, including pricing, lead times, and quality standards._
- 2. Material Planning and Inventory Management: _
- a. Analyze production requirements, sales forecasts, and historical data to determine optimal inventory levels. _
- b. Coordinate with suppliers to schedule deliveries, manage lead times, and monitor production-related constraints. _
- c. Optimize inventory levels by implementing efficient inventory management strategies. _
- d. Continuously monitor and analyze supply chain processes, identifying opportunities for improvement in terms of cost, quality, and lead time. e. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, IT and logistics, to implement process enhancements. _
- f. Proactively identify and mitigate supply chain risks, such as supplier capacity constraints or transportation disruptions._
- 3. Compliance and Documentation: _
- a. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and AGCO's procurement policies. _
- b. Maintain accurate documentation related to material orders, supplier contracts. _
- c. Periodic prepare suppliers' delivery performance report, coordinate with purchasing team to keep continuous improvement. _
- d. Collaborate with the procurement team to conduct supplier audits, monitor compliance, and address any non-compliance issues. _
- e. Maintain correct material master data in SAP and should have complete understanding on the logic behind._
- 4. Additional responsibilities: _
