Role: Study Abroad Admission Counsellor

Countries: USA, Canada, Australia, Germany, and the UK

We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Counsellor to join our offline center - WORK FROM OFFICE. In this role, you will be instrumental in guiding students and their families through the journey of pursuing education abroad. Your expertise, personalized guidance, and commitment to excellence will empower students to make well-informed decisions, shaping their academic and career trajectories with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Guide students with their overseas education options after understanding their profile and desired career options.

2. Assist students in deciding on the universities/colleges and programs to choose.

3. Help students build their profile (SOP/LOR/Resume).

4. Advise students on standardized tests required for admission, such as TOEFL, IELTS, GRE, GMAT, etc., and recommend appropriate test preparation resources and strategies to achieve competitive scores.

5. Advise students on budgeting, expenses, and financial planning for their education abroad.

6. Assist students with their loan process and coordinate with the loan team for processing and updates

8. Meet Intake level targets.

9. Telecalling, if required, for creating a pipeline.

Qualifications & Experience:
1. Minimum Bachelors degree (any field)

2. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Study Abroad counseling.

3. Counseling students for overseas education in countries like the USA, Canada, Australia & the UK

4. Good in MS Office, CRM, Analytics/Numbers, and metrics.

5. Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills (English)
