- Bachelor-s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a system administrator, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience with OpenShift or Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in Linux system administration and shell scripting.
- Strong understanding of containerization concepts and technologies (Docker, OCI).
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or Helm.
- Solid understanding of networking principles and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Linux administration
Good to have:

- OpenShift certification (e.g., Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
- Knowledge of container security best practices and tools (PodSecurityPolicy, Container Security Scanning).
- Experience with monitoring and logging solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and practices.
