E-commerce Account Executive

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Build and nurture strong, enduring relationships with key clients.
- Act as the primary liaison for client inquiries, issues, and requests, ensuring prompt resolution and exceptional service delivery.
- Gain an in-depth understanding of each client's business objectives and requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and effective delivery of solutions tailored to client needs.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform.
- Solicit and manage customer reviews to enhance product visibility and reputation.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, traffic, and customer engagement.
- Identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement within the e-commerce channel.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to devise and execute e-commerce campaigns and promotional activities.
- Utilize sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to derive actionable insights.
- Prepare regular reports on e-commerce performance and key account metrics.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making and drive initiatives aimed at enhancing performance.
- Work closely with internal teams including sales, marketing, and product development to align strategies and initiatives.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders across all organizational levels.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in key account management and e-commerce operations, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and objectives.
- Proficiency in relevant software and platforms related to e-commerce management and data analysis.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
