- We are looking for new team members to our Sales Compensation SME team responsible for ensuring that our end to end Sales Compensation systems are accurately setup and configured at the start and throughout each fiscal year, as well as ensuring that there are no system issues during each monthly pay cycle. In addition, this team drives continuous process improvements throughout the end to end Sales Planning and Compensation processes.
- Responsibilities include:

Contribute to building a high performance Sales Compensation SME team who are require to deliver a high standard of support to Micro Focus’s Planning & Sales Ops Teams, Sales Comp Operations Team, Sales, and other key stakeholders
- Build a strong relationship and engagement model with Micro Focus IT
- Act as a trusted advisor to IT on Sales Compensation Plans, Policies, and procedures
- Convert business requirements into system configuration and design documents for implementation
- Responsible for the delivery of system configuration, availability, functionality and access across our end-to-end Sales compensation tools specifically focussed on Anaplan and Callidus

Education and Experience Required:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management or equivalent
- Typically 6-10 years experience

Knowledge and Skills:

Oracle or Callidus certification and experience
- Ability to work independently and with a wide range of stakeholders
- Core understanding of planning and sales compensation within the software industry
- Technical mindset and a desire to drive continuous improvement
- Excellent Excel skills
- Excellent language and documentation skills
